Artist's Description
The 1942 Chevy Vent Window Pickup Truck is a rare bird indeed! The start of WWII in the U.S. saw the change over of industry from consumer goods to the war effort. A small number of the '42 PUs found their way to the dealers before the war began. So if you're the kind of Rodder who likes to pick from a scarce selection the '42's for you! This watercolour illustration is from Chas Sinklier aka VivaChas! Not only will you enjoy prints and other automotive swag from Chas but you can read his Hot Rod Articles and Stories at http//www.hotrodneyhotrods.com - and while you're here at my store get a nice bit of my photo-art on archival paper of this very rare 1942 Chevy PU Truck! ~;0) VivaChas!
