The Hair Raising Tale!!! - - - When a Shelby Cobra named Snake Bit meets up with a Saleen Prepared Police Pursuit Mustang U know there will be some noise! We ran across this delightful tableau on a moonless night out in the high-lonely. Out around state highway 16 North of Bandera the Mustang Pursuit set out to catch the Shelby Cobra with speed approaching 200 miles per hour ~:0) Whew! What a ride! We were in the ol' Yellow Truck when they shot by us like a rifle shot. First one - "Wha was tha-?" Boom! Then the other one blasts by us. Instinctively I floored it. Been chased a time or two me own self ~:0) But there was no way of keeping up with the Cobra or the Mustang. Especially with ol'what'shername stuck to the ceiling of the truck - Ha!
